Wedding Information
How much does it cost? I offer packages starting at $1000.00. Please call or e-mail for an estimate on how much your wedding will cost.
How many proofs will I see? How many pictures will you take? This depends on each individual event and what type of coverage you contract for. We promise you this: We won't skimp on film. If things are happening we are shooting!
What is the difference between traditional and photojournalistic coverage? Traditional coverage tells the story of your wedding in a series of posed and candid color photographs. We'll often take some black and white photos at traditional weddings, as well. Photojournalistic coverage tells your wedding story in a documentary style with minimal intrusion from the photographer.
Do you sell proofs and negatives? 4x6 proofs and the negatives will be included in your package. I do not hold proofs or negatives ransom!
What kind of equipment do you use? We use professional medium format cameras for formal shots and many candids. We also use 35mm cameras for some candids and photojournalism coverage. We bring portable lighting for formal portraits if desired and we always bring backup equipment to every wedding.
Who will my photographer be? Eric Apgar is the main photographer and will photograph every wedding except in the event of an emergency. Eric will often bring along a second photographer to assist and photograph from other angles.
Will you take black and white photographs? Absolutely! We try to incorporate some black and white into most of our weddings. If you choose Photojournalistic coverage, expect a lot of it!
Portrait Information
Do you have a studio? No, but I have portable lighting equipment that can be set up anywhere to produce studio style shots.
Do you take weekend appointments? Yes, as long as it doesn't conflict with a wedding.
Do you work well with children? Eric loves children (he has one son)!
